BRAINS!!!!!!!!

Chicken, pork, beef...beef brains? sounds good to me! I'd never seen beef brains on a menu before, so at this dump of a taqueria at mission and 19th I ordered a beef brain taco. They say I could catch some brain disease that way, but I felt smarter after eating it. Maybe that's one of the side effects of Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy. The brains were very soft, similar to uni in softness but not nearly as mushy. Very tasty and went very well with the salsa.

Thursday

Breakfast in bed by the girl I stayed with last night. I go out for a cigarette while she's in the kitchen. Foggy day, I don't want to go to work. Still, I get on my motorcycle and ride through the fog to the coffee shop, where I sit all day drinking breakfast tea and eating pastries. I step out for some chicken praram and some sort of salmon rolls that were good and greasy. Back to the coffee shop for more tea and pastries.

I walked a total of 2 blocks today before sitting down to smoke a bowl. Man am I thirsty for a drink. I read a web page recently that shows that hard alcohol actually has more calories than most beers. Wonder what I'll have tonight....maybe I'll just order a pizza, go to sleep and let all that food settle in.
